About Josh Dukes – Northern Virginia Realtor

You Can’t Accomplish the Mission without the People

A resident of Northern Virginia since 2001, Josh joined the Wasz Dukes Real Estate Team from the U.S. Army, where he currently serves with The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps in Arlington, Virginia. An accomplished musician, husband, father and veteran, Josh brings with him a myriad of skills as a REALTOR® to help families relocate, purchase and sell their home. His unwavering commitment to putting people first is just one example of how he embodies the professional mission and business priorities of the Wasz Dukes Real Estate Team – God, people, business – in that order.

Drawing from his own life experiences, Josh is in-tune with the needs of families and individuals required to relocate in a hurry, and he has a comforting knack at managing stressful situations through direct and honest communication with all parties.

In addition to his real estate training, Josh is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
